BeneFIT Physical Therapy LLC is a local family owned and operated Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic that is committed to providing the highest quality evidence based Physical Therapy services, Sport Specific programs, Fitness, health and Wellness programs for patients and clients of all ages and abilities; with new or chronic orthopedic or sports medicine conditions, by highly motivated and trained staff.
We specialize in providing these services throughout the rehabilitation process, promoting fitness lifestyle changes outside the rehab paradigm, enhancing athletic performance through sport specific training, and through providing local and regional community outreach projects.

BeneFIT Physical Therapy will be recognized as the leading practice of choice in the Bridgewater area for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, functional movement disorders, the enhancement of sport specific performance, and for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
Location
BeneFIT Physical Therapy is located in a 2,000 sq ft brand new state of the art facility in Bridgewater NJ utilizing new equipment from industry leading companies like Tuff Stuff, Perform Better, Power Systems, Landice, Sci-Fit, Chattanooga, and Thera-Band.
