Our Personal Training staff are highly educated individuals who have their Doctorates in Physical Therapy and have received post-professional national certifications in strength and conditioning and can offer over 10 years experience training various clients of all age groups with different fitness goals ranging from high school/college athletes to senior citizens looking for improved balance and endurance.
Your Individualized Personal Training program is a 60 minute comprehensive one-on-one program that will include a greater emphasis on correct form, distinctively detailed and varied workouts, and provide you the comfort of knowing that your exercises were designed by your trainer built solely around you, your goals, and in a setting that promotes greater individualized care with more personal attention.
We offer numerous one-on-one personal training packages in whatever your time frame and budget calls for. However, we also provide the same exceptional care and dedication to detail in numerous small group training packages for 2-4 people. Small group training provides the ability to have the same full body functional workouts with a trainer, but at a fraction of the cost!
